Welcome to Air Agencies Europe

Air Agencies was founded in The Netherlands on 01 January 1970. In the early years, mainly smaller airlines not operating direct services to the Benelux opted for a general sales agent to handle their business. These carriers had the opportunity to conquer the market, without having to invest in an expensive office and staff. Over the years the market has changed and today many other airlines make use of a general sales agent as well, while the role of a GSA has also changed. They have become the extended office of an airline in that area and are of additional value to the principle. Besides this, carriers prefer to outsource their sales and marketing activities to a professional partner, partly because of the flexibility that is created and proven added value of the GSA.
The represented airlines also had demand for commercial representation in Belgium, in order to cover both Belgium and Luxembourg markets and to offer the airlines a Benelux representation. Therefore Air Agencies Belgium N.V. was established in 1991.
Since 2006, Air Agencies has extended their operations by opening an office in Tbilisi, the capital of the former USSR state Georgia. With this, Air Agencies now has three fully operational offices, which function as the local branchoffice of the airlines represented.

Air Agencies Europe is a member of APG (www.apg-association.com), the world's leading network of airline and travel industrie representatives.
APG established a network of like minded and qualified Air Promotion Group Associate members around the World to facilitate the mutual exchange of business opportunities. APG now counts 52 members with offices in 94 countries.
